Complaint Review: Logistics Development Infrastructure Corp. (Jermoe Coffman)

Yesterday, May 14th, I met an individual who called himself Jerome Coffman representing Logistics Development Infrastructure Corp representing a supermarket chain named: Janes Jr. Warehouse Market. 

Jerome called me on Tuesday, May 13th to meet with him about building his stores.  He told me our firm was highly recommended as a grocery store builder in Southern Californina.  He also asked me to bring a deposit check for $700 to receive a package consisting of blueprints and business plan to construct stores in the Palm Springs, CA area.

I brought and gave Jerome a $700 depost check and was told I would receive a package in 2 days.  I also referred to him a couple of my contacts/contacts that could assist him in development undertaking.  One of my contacts did some checking and discovered some stories on Ripoff Report that match the deceitful intent of who I met with yesterday. I called our office to try and stop payment on our deposit check and it was already cashed.

I feel so stupid because I have being doing this work for over 20 years and I have never been asked to provide a deposit check in this manner but this guy was so convincing and answered all my industry questions in a satisfactory manner.

EVERYONE BEWARE OF SOMEONE (JEROME COFFMAN OR WHATEVER HE CALLS HIMSELF) REPRESENTING JANES JR. WAREHOUSE MARKET OR LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CORP. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!
