In their letter, dated November 14, 2008, Logistics Market Research Inc. informed me that I was being selected as a "Mystery Shopper', A Consumer Servicd Evaluator of selected stores, restaurants, and various establishments. I was now enrolled in a one-week paid training assignment, and promissed, as an assigned Research Personnel, a $600 a week salary, which will increase to $750 per week after three months. It all sounded very good!

Included In that letter was a check for $3,530.00: to be applled to training pay ($300); funds for shopping ($100.00); service charge by Western Union ($150); and remainder ($2980) as required funds to be returned to Logistics Market Research. I took the check to my bank, Washington Mutual, to cash it, so that I can remit the required amount back to Logistics as instructed.

My bank has informed me that the check from Logistics which I had cashed had no sufficient funds, and that my account was being charged for the amount ($3,530).

My several efforts to reach Logistics have proved unsuccessful.
