Logisys Computer Monitor from Office Max rip-off. Sent rebate to easierrebates.com and they claim the UPC is invalid. False promises. Seattle WA Internet
Purchased a 17" Logisys monitor from Office Max with a $40.00 mail in rebate. The rebate was processed (as instructed) to EasierRebates.com. Easier Rebates has no record of receiving the first mail in file. I processed a second time and now the file reads:
"There are errors on you claim submission:
The wrong UPC (bar code) was sent in."
There is no question that I mailed the correct UPC 2 times. I used a peel off label for the factory carton and there were 2 UPC code labels. An original was sent each time.
I can not find the company that manufactures the Logisys monitors and I can not find a web address for them. I called the 800 Tech number listed in the user manual and ask if there was a web site and was told no. I have had two email replys from EasierRebates and now nothing.
