Complaint Review: Logitech

I called right after I bought the cordless mouse and keyboard combo model LX 300 to register and resolve the erratic problems I was having. They were not able to find a fix. I continued to use them but got so frustrated that I went back to my corded mouse and keyboard. After a time I tried to hookup the mouse again but it would not work at all. I called logitech to get my money back but they wanted the original sales receipt which was long gone, I said you have in your records the date I bought and registered the product and it is still under warranty, but they said no receipt no refund or exchange!
