logitech jefferson New remote doa and logitech refuses to honor warranty and does not answer emails newwark California

I purchased this logitech harmony 900 remote online like probably 80% of people do ,I am sure with out online sales logitech would be out of business.Well they refuse to fix/replace  this remote which was doa from the start .Its there product not mine I payed with my hard earned money and have NOTHING to show for it but a useless new remote and accesories and a new extra battery taht are all totaly useless to me I am out over $200.00 been going back and fourth with logitech for months and many days between answers all with ABSOLUTELY no results .

They even had me BUY a new battery saying that was the problem so i did and guess what it wasnt the battery and I now have another battery that can not be used pushing the price up more .This has been one of the most frustrating purchase's in my life. I have done with hundred's of companies and NOT ONE even comes close to Logitech's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They could care less about you and have proven that to me.They will not honor the warranty ,even though this is a brand new unit manufactured by them they said I need a scanned of my invoice/receipt I sent them the exact emailed invoice I got from buying online like al companies send you and they refuse to accept it .There is no REASONING with them and my main goal now is to continue this for as long as it may take me to resolve this issue and i am just starting .
