LogmeIn Charge Account for Renewal-No Refunds Allowed Internet

Beware on this company.  I wasa fan and encouraged my company to put their products.  Unknowst to me, all accounts are on auto renewal.  If you are no longer there, you charge account is still charged, without your knowedge.

When I noticed the charge, I chatted with on-line support,  We went back and forth and then they said I had to call to get a refund.  When I called they looked up the case, and said they really don't give refunds.  What was the point of the call? Rep said that there was no point in talking to manager, because manager would say the same thing.  I insisted, but was never connected.

How these guys stay in business is a mystery.  All accounts are canceled and I will never be a customer again.
