Beware of Logmein.com. Was a customer, but our business model has changed and did not need there service. It was only used a couple times last year. This year we recieved a charge on our credit card for $149. We disputed the charge with Capital One with no trouble till Logmein aparently sent suporting documents stating we were on automatic renewal. It also was a new card with different three digit code and expiration date. How does that happen?? Capital One has since rebilled the card $149. Called the phone # that Capital One has given me and it goes to an answering machine that you are unable to leave a message on or talk to a live person. They claim they can not discuss anything over the phone for security reasons.

What is amazing is this product will not work unless you pay. Fraud Fraud thats what it is!!!! I should have checked Ripoff Report first.
