Complaint Review: Logmein

Logmein Raised my rates and charged my expired Credit Card for auto renewal without permission or notification. Boston Massachusetts

In 2014 Logmein informed me my account was no longer going to be Free. The Rep told me I had to pay a yearly fee of $129 to which I said yes but only for this year. I was adamant about not having auto renewal. The Rep assured me I would have to renew manually in 2015. I had 1 computer in my account but was signed up for a 5 PC account. I used it for a few months and forgot about it... Fast forward to today 04-14-17, I get an Email they are going to charge me $499 for Auto Renewal... So I find my Credentials and log in. Come to find out they have been charging my EXPIRED Credit Card for the last 3 years. I could not find any way to cancel the subscription other than calling. So after an hour on the phone I get my account canceled but they are refusing to refund me.... I never agreed to Auto Renew... I never agree to Auto Renew... I want to know every charge I am paying. What they did is wrong and someone needs to help the Hundreds this Company has Fraudulently Charged... Charging an Expired Card should be a crime.
