LogMeIn Will not cancel or refund dormant account after auto-renewal Internet

I haven't used the service in months, turns out my subscription was set to auto-renew each year. As soon as I saw the auto-renewal on my bill, I called to cancel. Guess what, you CAN'T! All they would agree to do is take the auto-renew off so I don't get scammed again next year. But they would NOT cancel the service or refund any money, despite the fact I do NOT use the service at all. 

It's not like there is a physical product they send me. If I don't use it, it costs them nothing. The only possible reason for them to refuse to cancel my subscription or refund my money is because they are greedy b*****ds who don't care about their customers.
