Their proceedure is to get money from you, make a lot of promises, make excuses, say you must pay more $ because this and that wasn't included in the original written list (which it was), produce a little while explaining that it will be fine tuned later, later, later....
Please avoid this company - you can make your own website, faster and less expensive and certainly with much less grief by using GoDaddy and other similar sites.
