Do not get caught up on the "Hurry, offer ends at midnight" banner that they have at the top of the website. When purchasing a 'logo' from this company, it was there, and now a month later it's still up. I was very excited to see my logo when I first received the email from them. Upon opening the email, I almost thought it was a joke of some kind. It looked like complete crap. I honestly could have designed a better logo with my eyes closed.

After 2 days of messing around with their 'unlimited' revision policy, I decided to call it quits. I asked for a refund the 1st time. Not only did they not respond at all to my request, they seemed to move me up along the chain of designers. My logos were looking a little bit better, and when I finally starting liking what I saw, I said if you make this last change it will be my final.

Well, they made the last change COMPLETELY WRONG, and then after telling them they made the wrong change, they said if I wanted anymore revisions I had to pay an additional $25 for them to continue. This is complete bullshit. Ever since that, I never leave this company alone. I still to this day call them, go in their live chats under different alias's since they won't accept me under my real name anymore, and constantly bug them. A month later, I'm still waiting for my 'pending' refund, and I will continue bugging these pieces of sh*t. They should be ashamed. Or, I should for trusting these shady companies... BEWARE.
