Dear RIPOFF REPORTER
I engaged the services of Logo Design Guarantee to design a logo for me. A major reason i chose them was because of advertisement on its website as a recipient of an award for good customer services and of course, guarantee to make a refund if i am not satisfied with the job.
After several attempts which led to poor work delivery i requested for a refund. The initial payment was made in Oct 2, 2012 and refund was requested for few days after. Despite several emails, the refund has not been made neither did i receive a single phone call received. A mail was sent to me in December 7 that the refund has been made whereas in the log shown below. I had thought may because wrong country was stated as USA instead of Nigeria and i informed them but despite the above i didn't hear a word from them. I would like to make an official report and possible sue them for wasting my time and frustrating me.

I engaged the services of Logo design guarantee based on advertisements on its website and its words to issue a refund should i not be satisfied. After several attempts, i kept receiving mails that they have moved the job to a new consultant to do a better job which repeatedly came back worse. I had to request for a refund and thereafter, it has not been honoured till this day. All i have received are lies about refund being made or been made while i did not receive the money in my account. I found it amazing that such could happen. This company is a fraud and i really want to press charges. I live in Nigeria and i engaged them via internet so you can imagine how far reaching the consequences of this company has been with helpless customers.
I need you to render advice on how to press charges and i want this company sued for both legal cost and damages on my part. I was in England for over two weeks in November, had i known i would have commenced legal action. I would not give up on this company as someone needs to stop this act of fraud.
