Logo Mojo Deluxe Co. Poor customer service and website support, then it took 45 days to get a refund. internet

i signed up for the services for Logo Mojo to do a logo contest for me.

I had to pay in advance and was sold on one of their packages for a logo and stationary...

When it came to writing a brief I had to format their website form...which made me wonder about the professionalism of a web based marketing company who can't format their site... I asked for help which took alot of back and forth. Finally I asked for my money back. To which I was told it would take 30 days as it had to go to their accounting department.

It has been a week and a month and no money credited back to my credit card. After I threatened to dispute it with my credit card company they responded. Now it appears I need to wait another 3-5 days before my bank can tell me that the refund has been processed. Not sure about you but $500 is alot of money for a small business to wait 45 days for their money back.

Please be advised...buyer beware!
