On Fri 30 Dec 2016 I requested my logo design for my company. The promise was 365-Day, 100% Money Back Guarantee, US Hand-Drawn Logos = Higher Quality, and 6 Hour Logos, 24/7 Customer Support and 100% Satisfaction. What I received was:
- 5 logos, one of which was the exact existing logo that I sent them. All 5 were stock clip art with nothing creative. I requested a redo along with examples of other company logos that I found.
- On Tue 03 Jan 2017 I then received another set of clip art logos that did not follow direction or even compare to what I provided. A asked for a different designer via chat and was told one would be assigned right away.
- I then never got another revision and no response from customer support
- Requested a refund immediately via chat...got no response. Called the company and no one answered. Submitted a ticket via their online form and received no answer.
- On Tue 27 Jun 2017, I again asked for refund via their portal and got no reply
- I have now recently requested a live chat and no one picked up. I called and the message says all lines are busy. I then submitted another ticket and have yet to receive a response.
Since then, I have designed a logo with another company and am very happy with that result. I am not asking for a lot of money, but just a response and refund.
