LOGOPERAL.COM was hired by our company to help design an updated logo and build/ host a website.  Initially the company appeared very positive and seemed to offer strong service.  They answered the phone promptly, were very friendly and to a layman, seemed to know what they were doing.

We had originally only hired them to work on our logo but because they were so friendly and responsive, we agreed to purchase a web package when the company solicited the service.  LOGOPEARL.COM advertises on their site to be available 24hrs. a day, 7 days a week.  They claim to have staff that works schedules around the clock and the packages they sell come with unlimited changes.

If we purchased immediately, they promised a complete the logo within 24 hours and a have a website ready within 4 days.  This website would be even better than the template site we showed them as inspiration for ours.

As with many ad agencies, we paid for the services in advance.  Once the transaction cleared, this is when the company slowly started showing signs of problems.  They did not have the site in 4 days.  We began to hear excuses like “It will be ready Monday”, “Your account manager is sick” and “There must have been some miscommunication”.  We eventually had an outline but not when promised and certainly not as we had discussed.

Over the following days and weeks, production at LOGOPEARL.COM slowed to a crawl.  The staff showed a lack of expertise and an inability to follow simple direction (and we started with a template).  For example, if a button was to be highlighted, and it wasn’t as requested, further production would halt up for 24-48 hours before proceeding.  IF a banner was off or something misaligned, it was another 24-48 hours before proceeding.   As each detail was addressed, if it was either done improperly or a correction created other visual or functional problems, the solution would produce another 24-48 hour delay.

Soon, LOGOPEARL.COM began to “close” regularly and the staff were unresponsive to email.  We found that the chat service worked more often but was being answered by a mobile device and there was no one actually at work.  This back and forth eventually became an absurd “who’s on first” situation.  Jonathan was my account manager but left, now it was Terry, no now it is Harry, no James.  They each politely acknowledged the lack of service and promised that they would take care of our site personally.  BUT THIS WAS A LIE.  Even the smallest advancements started to take approximately a week and were rarely performed as requested or were incomplete.  We found ourselves accepting LOGOPEARL’S version of what we wanted just to move on to the next phase.

As we approached two months, AND AFTER DOZENS OF UNANSWERED CALLS, EMAILS AND CIRCULAR CHAT SESSIONS, LOGOPEARL.COM claimed that the site, even though a poorly manufactured product, was ready but it would take more time to upload. The site was never completed, but we needed something.  After a week of no production, they could still not give a time table only that it would be awhile longer and for us to be patient.

Ultimately, I told them I would hire another company and for them to simply send the files for us to upload.  This request was ignored.  After another two days the request was acknowledged and agreed to but again ultimately ignored.  Finally we called to demand the files and within moments, our emails were not available and they had apparently attempted to hijack our site form our current hosting company.

At this point, with no options, we involved our attorneys and recovered our site and emails but not before being completely down for a day and losing 24 hrs. worth of communication.

Upon investigating, we found that LOGOPEARL.COM is not open 24 hours a day.  The company is a fraction of the size they claim to be and Monday delivery days?  THEY ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS SO NO ONE IS EVEN AT WORK.

LOGOPEARL.COM staff is always nice, they seem empathetic and are full of wonderful promises. But the promises are a fraud as there is just no one involved in actual production.  As time went on, things became more apathetic.  They even got to where they would just pick up by speaker phone and talk to you across the room.  The countless and sincere promises never stop but the end result remains ZERO DELIVERY.

MY 4TH ACCOUNT MANAGER, James, HE WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR TWO WEEKS. Johnathan had apparently quit, Harry failed to communicate after the first conversation and Terry lied more times than I can count. But the day after James took over, he was also gone.

This company is a scam.  We have paid for services and have yet to have a functioning site.  They were apathetic and persistent to try and sell more services up until the day we fired them.  I have reported them to the Chicago Attorney General and the Department of Justice Internet Fraud Department.  We are also attempting to reverse the charges made to our card.

IF YOU WANT TO BE DELAYED, AGGRIVATED, LIED TO, STOLEN FROM AND INSULTED, HIRE LOGOPEARL.

I just got finished chat and phone with Benjamin Venomin of LOGOPEARL.COM

I told him that we were not happy and as per our agreement, we are requesting a refund.  I mentioned the weeks of frustration, delays and rediculous talks.  After pleading with him to provide a refund, he had the nerve to ask me to PURCHASE ANOTHER PACKAGE and he would fix the existing website!!

Now that he as seen RIPOFF REPORT, he is threatening to publish propoganda about our company even though he has never done busines with us.
