LogoSmartz, Netsmartz Warning: don't purchase Logosmartz: if you change computers, they require you to re-purchase their software, Internet
I bought Logosmartz software about 2 years ago. It was okay but had a few problems including frequent freezes. I recently changed computers. All my other applications easily changed over to the new computer by installing the software and then entering their respective registration keys except for Logosmartz. I contacted Logosmartz customer service and they told me that their licenseis only good for 1 year; they said I would have to re-purchase the software but they would give me a 20% discount.
Warning to anyone considering this software: it's not worth the money and if you get a new computer or your drive crashes or anything else, you will have to buy it again.
Logosmartz software is not worth the money, the logo designs are cheap and require a lot of re-working, and their software freezes frequently. Their customer service is slow and they are rude.
Find another logo design software application other than Logosmartz.
