I had a terrible experience with this company for the simple purchase of a customized cap.  The cap did not fit well and then developed a problem in the brim (the blue color on the outside leached into an ugly stain on the gray underside).  When I contacted the company's so-called "customer services," their representative was curt, rude, and unresponsive.  Go elsewhere for more reliable products and service.
