Complaint Review: LOKO Whips

I placed an order with LOKO Whips on March 1, 2010 for a conductive "Medusa" flogger.

Originally I was told that it would be at least 4 weeks before my item reached the "production" stage.  That was fine... until the owner, Jesse Gallagher, suddenly stopped responding to emails.

Throughout the entire month of April Jesse dodged me.  Emails went unanswered.  The phone number he has listed with PayPal is out of service. I found him on MySpace and dropped him a line there - MySpace has the message marked as read, but Jesse didn't bother to respond.  I guess he thought I'd forget that he had my $130 and would go away, but I just called the bank to start the chargeback process.

Avoid this company like the plague unless you enjoy giving your money away to someone who has no intention of doing his job.
