Lolli Couture Scam, False Advertising, Liars, Thief Chino Hills California
They are selling clothes in the United States and passing it off as U.S. size. when it is in fact China size. I ordered a size Large swimsuit which is a size 29/30 in the U.S. They sent me a bathing suit that has an "L" on it for Large but when i measured it is was a size 26 which is a size Small in the U.S. I then realized that a size 26 in China is considered a Large. I called and talked to a customer service representative and a superviser on several different occasions and they refuse to refund me or admit the truth even when i sent them cold hard proof with pictures and measurements. I even sent them a picture of their own size chart and she admitted that they do not go by those measurements. Their size chart is in U.S. size and says a size 26 is a Small. Something is not right. They are scamming customers. I attached pictures of the bathing suit they sent me and their size chart. Remember they sent me a "Large". Please do something. They need to ne investigated.
