Lon Smith Roofing Worst Roofers ever!!!! Not interested in solving customer complaint .... got our money but want fix damage they caused!!!!! Internet, Internet
Lon Smith Roofing put a new roof on our home in Rowlett Tx, the salesman was a slick operator and never personally followed up on anything as he promised. We now have several busted rafters and they refuse to repair... the rafters were not busted before their workers were all over our roof. Lon Smith representative Gary first said yes they would repair then called back and said he had changed his mind... I'm sure his boss changed it for him!!! I would caution everyone about Lon Smith Roofing...... They got our insurance money and now all they can say is " we did not do any damage" ... the damage is there and they are the only ones that were on our roof...... do you think it was munckins???? Be Aware of Poor customer service by Lon Smith Roofing!!
