London Keys no compensasion as promised Paarl Internet

I handed in clothing (a jeans, a blouse and a dress to the value of R850) for adjustments at London Keys on 12th of May 2010. Also paid R135 for the service in advance. (which I did not received)

I phoned to follow up (3 times) when the clothing would be ready for collection and was only then told that the lady doing the adjustments did not return for work and dissappeared with my clothing.

I explained to the owner that it is not my problem and that I want a refund for the service and compensasion for the clothing (the dress and jeans were brand new and never worn before and the blouse only worn about twice).

It's been 4 and a half months now and the quality of serivce that I as a customer received is just unbelievably poor.

Hopefully this mail will prevent some other customers to fall into the same trap as I did.
