We got this a-hole coming and going.

 

We first bought a house,then later sold a house with this jerk-off.

 

What idiots we were.

This guy is a professional con-man. A real flim-flam artist.

 

So you want to buy a house? Well, these people have no money. You have to pay the full price. 

So, you're a sucker when you buy with this guy. You gotta pay and he doesn't care.

Then you sell with him. We sold for 159, which sounds great in this economy. He made $9 grand which sounds great in this economy. 

 

But here's the kicker -- in order to sell we had to put money back into the property. Around $12'500 worth. And for what?

 

We had the roof re-certified. Twelve shingles were replaced. $800.

We had some dry rot? That was another $3,400. But what wlearned from this one is that there were other repairs the buyer wanted. By signing this blanket agreement, Robert had us fixing stuff we didn't even agree to. But what does he care? It's still his profit.

 

This greedy m-foo saw us coming and going. What an a-hole! I would never wish this kind of fate upon any of you.

This guy digs his own grave.

What an immoral piece of s***. How dare they give real estate licenses to scum like this. Be warned.

First of all, I apoligize for this post. The day after I posted it, I asked if I could remove it. The editors of this site refused in case I was facing legal threats. Or something to that affect. Honestly, I hoped you would never see this. And again I'm sorry.

I apologize one more time for the things I accused you of. HOWEVER, there is a matter of accuracy that shouldn't go without comment.

When I called you that one day, you said something like this: "I"m tired of listening to your drunken ramblings" and then you hung up one me. That's when I found this website and posted my "drunken ramblings".... And I guess you're entitled to your opinion. And I guess I'm entitled to mine.

Does anyone take this place for real? I don't know. But apparently you did. Hence, your rebuttal.

And now I must ask, why did I have "drunken ramblings" over the sale of our house at all? Why wasn't I the happy customer? You're Mr. real estate hotshot. Driving your BMW and probably living in your million dollar mansion. Was I simply just jealous of your success? Maybe so.

But here's one for customer service -- what happened to the customer is always right? What happened to common courtesy -- "How can I resolve this matter for you sir?" To just hang up on me for "drunken ramblings" was unforgiveable. And this site let me vent that feeling that day, so why not? Although I wish I could take it back, I can't. It's now parked there for the fore-seeable future.

I figured you'd claim you sold the house for more than anyone else could have. I was sure you'd brag that to all your new clients. But is that really true? I don't think so.

You claim that the buyers paid more than the appraised value. Really? That's a lie, isn't it? They paid the appraisal value. Or if they did pay more than the appraisal value, you lied about that? And then there's the fact that we had to throw in thousands of dollars in repairs.

What lie is true? Just pick one. So confusing.

You probably don't brag about that part. "I'll sell your house, but you'll have to throw down thousands in repairs." I doubt you brag that last part.

Also, if it didn't appraise for the value, why did they buy it? And if they did pay more than the appraisal, why didn't you tell us?

We bought this other house from you. Did you lie about its appraisal value? Did you lie to us about its current appraisal value?

So, that's how you make your sales? Just lie and cheat your buyer and seller?

In selling our home, part of the problem was this: we had a second mortgage -- a line of equity that we still owed around $11,000 on. In order to sell the house free and clear we had to pay off that second mortgage. And, yes, on our ESCROW papers we paid an addition $11,000 dollars.  So, YES, we paid to sell our home. On top of the commisssion, on top of the repairs, we paid on our ESCROW. We paid. To state it another way is inaccurate. To claim you sold our house for more money than any home in our housing area is inaccurate from our point of view. As sellers, we lost money.

So, in order to clear the sale we had to sell both the prime mortgage and second mortgage -- the line of equity. To help us out, I asked you -- Mr. hot-shot realtor -- would you consider cutting your commission from 6% to a smaller amount. No way! So I was probably asking something unreasonable. That's fine, I'm delusional anyway. And you need to pay for your BMW and, I guess, your million dollar mansion.

On top of that, you had this long list of repairs amounting to over six grand. The details said stuff like "dry rot". That was inaccurate.

We had been renting our home through your company for the prior two years. What a mistake! The tenant gave notice to leave in mid-year. A clear breech of our year-to-year contract. What was your property manager's excuse? She forgot to have the tenant sign the lease.

Before we could inspect the house -- she held the keys -- she gave back the full deposit to the tenant.

That was part of my anger that probably came back on you as "drunken ramblings"... WTF? That wasn't your fault.

Not only did that tenant leave the house dirty, there was a whole bathroom subflooring that had to be replaced -- you called it "dry rot". And a whole kitchen cabinet that had to be replaced-- again you called it "dry rot". And for some other reasons the back doors -- metal and dual paned had to be replaced -- again "dry rot"?

And the entire back yard hadn't been watered in a long time. There was no lawn. 20-year old trees were dormant and dead looking. Flower beds were absent of all plant life. WTF? Again, that wasn't your fault. But it may have precipitated my anger. Hence, this post.

So, go ahead and give back the tenant her whole deposit. Nothing negligent here. That wasn't your fault. That's between me and your property manager. Which cost me thousands later called "dry rot" in your reports.

And, no, my wife doesn't like her. And you can't brag that she does like her. It will never happen.

And you also can't brag how you were also upfront with me about the repairs. Because you weren't. And that's how you saved the sale of our house? By keeping me in the dark?

 But what you left out was that it took you six months to sell the house. Six fricking months. You promised you'd sell it this month. And then you didn't. You promised you'd sell it this next month. And then you didn't. You'd promise you'd sell it this next month and then you didn't. And pretty soon our savings was depleted. But you promised you'd sell it next month, huh? And you didn't.

I loved that older home. For you to call it "that was quite honestly in very poor condition" is an insult to me. The first question out of my mouth to you was, "Can you sell my home?" And your used dishonest car salesman answer was "Yes". You didn't say anything about how poor a condition it was in. Nothing about that at all. And you had pretty graphs and charts and "a sales plan" for our home. I didn't see any words in there about "poor condition" and I didn't see any words in our sales documentation about "poor condition".  You should have told me how you felt upfront.

And if I had to do it over again, I wouln't have sold the house through you at all. And I wouldn't have bought the house I currently live in through you either. And I will NEVER try to buy or sell any other property through you either. That's my greatest endorsement of you.

I"m guessing the home I live in now is in "poor condition" and you really pulled one over on me in selling it to me. Shame on you, you s***.

To accuse me of being drunk on alcohol -- I fully admit. I get drunk to excess and express thoughts I probably shouldn't. I do that and I apolgize. That is my biggest flaw. But I don't rip off people in real estate transactions. Which I guess you're bragging about here?

To say that I was on any other drugs is untrue. Or saying that my wife had to drive me to dealers' houses for drugs is also untrue. And this kind of s*** from you just comes back to my original question.

What happened to the customer is always right? I guess in your world the customer -- who is paying your full commission -- not negotiable -- is just a stupid s***head. And I guess I'm that kind of guy. Despite what you're going to make, f*** me.

What a f***ing moron I was for going with you. You unappreciative piece of s***.

And yes you can claim you sold my house for more money than it was worth. And aren't you the hot s***? Yep, you really pulled one over on our buyer and me too. You f***ed us both. And you profited nicely.

But I loved that old home. And I miss that old house. I loved all of its flaws too. And why the hell did I have to pay so much money to fix what wasn't flawed? Is that how you do it?

Screw the seller. Let's throw a bunch of cash at the new buyer and they'll buy this piece of crap? That was over 25 years of my life you threw away! And I didn't agree with any of the changes you insisted on making. Not one of them.

She felt so screwed by you that she referred a friend. You're so f***ed up!

We just went through tax time and she told me she really likes you. Thanks, pal. Thanks for putting us under water. And again, under water, at tax time. You must feel great! Driving around in your BMW and all your new profits. It must be a real badge of honor to tout how much you sold our "very poor condition" home for more than it appraised. And what a great brag how you ripped off our buyer.

 Wow! I want kids just like you. Greedy, selfish, and unappreciative. Doesn't all of America want that?

This complaint has nothing to do with my services and performance as a Realtor! This complaint stems from my drug and alcohol addicted client getting upset that I would not help him with his addiction! It became quite apparent from the start that this man had a bad drug and alcohol problem that was finally disclosed to me from his wife and family. Towards the end of the escrow the man who has filed this false complaint was bragging about his "side life" from his wife and asking me to drive him to his dealers houses for drugs. I flat out refused to have anything to do with him and that is when things turned ugly! Because of this, he started calling me daily to threaten me.  It’s true, I sold this gentleman and his wife’s' home!  What he is leaving out is I sold it for the highest price in the entire area of any other house within 1/2 mile!! As a matter of fact the buyers paid more than the appraised value of the house and that is only because I personally met with the buyers and their agent and was able to convince them to proceed with the purchase.  His complaint that he had to spend money is completely false along with any claim of buying a home through me. Unfortunately he is very delusional and its sad that due to someone’s bad choices in life they have to put me down for not only doing my job, but doing a great job for a home that was quite honestly in very poor condition and I still sold it at an amazing price.   Never the less I am still good friends with the wife who has referred me to her friends and family so I guess I did something right! At this point I feel sorrier for him than upset that he would take the time to write a complaint.  If you have any questions I would be more than happy to speak with you.
