Complaint Review: London Square Apartments - Solomon Leasing

I have lived at London Square Apartments for four years now. The management just doesn't care about what's going on. They lie about everything. Even though I have rheumatoid arthritis, they wouldn't clean the pine needles which were clogging the drains this winter and several times I had to walk through 5" or more of ice water to get to my car to go to work in the morning. They hire perverts as maintenance people.

Even though I specifically stated I didn't want the pervert to come into my apartment, they sent him back repeatedly. They don't fix things...I had to pay for a fully applianced kitchen, but didn't have a working dishwasher for three years. They used a racial slur against one of my family members who is Hispanic. We have had repeated floods from the upstairs drains....it completely ruined my dining room chairs when the water came pouring through the dining room chandelier. When I challenge them with this information, they deny, deny, deny. I have kept careful logs and records, recordings of voicemails that they claim they never received, confirmations of faxes they claim never to have received. They can't lie forever!!!!
