Complaint Review: Londzell Hardy

On June 5, 2014 I met Mr. Londzell Hardy at Janilink Janitorial Store while shopping for materials for an up coming job that we had, and he asked me would my company be interested in receiving subcontract work from his company because he was in a bind.

Mr. Hardy stated the his crew could'nt make it to the next job because their vehicle was in an accident out of town. Mr. Hardy filled me in with all the imporant information about the job at hand, the time & place the address, the size of the crew and so on.

Mr. Hardy gave us (the store Mgr & one of my employees Frederick Shumate) his sales pitch stating the he had the third largest African American Janitorial Business in the State of Georgia, and showed us his contract that he had with the Kroger's Grocery Chain.

At 11:00pm on June 5, 2014 my crew and I showed up on time and we worked till 6:00am the following morning, and we repeated the same schedule for the next 2 following days.

After the job was signed off by the Kroger's Store Mgr., I was told that we will get paid the following week. Mr. Londzell Hardy the owner and operator of Horizon Virtual Solution LLC has been hiding from me ever since that day.
