*Steer clear of Lone Mountain Truck Leasing* This company sold us a truck "with a warranty" which within 2 months needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs to major components that were "covered up" or temporarily repaired and then dangerous to drivers health and not covered by warranty that is complete garbage. Then company agreed to differing 2 payments due to repairs and when contacted to make the payments claimed "computers down" and said they would return call when they could take a payment because they could not at that time. In meantime truck was repo'd from home driveway with our 60k 5th wheel camper attached which was damaged in repo and then impounded and at great cost to me had to be picked up 100 miles away. Company still refused payments to reobtain truck unless now 36k balance was paid in full. Then insult to injury company will not realease all personal belongings in truck if bolted on. I.E. very expensive inverter, flat screen tv, expensive cb antennas, 'm radio mounted on dash by me, wheel covers, etc. Never even a final notice or even hunt that collections process even started when repo'd. E-mails from decision maker very crude, belligerent and seem to be written by an uneducated individual. Btw, before you pay a huge down payment ask where it will be noted on your lease as a down payment... It won't even be noted on lease where down Payment was applied.

This is a classic example of why NOT to lease a truck, all too common anymore to charge a huge down payment on a used truck, provide a worthless warranty to claim it has a warranty, customer then finds huge repairs needed that are temporarily fixed but then needed to be repaired for their safety out of pocket at great expense and then if those repairs put you behind even though you communicated and they agree to payment arrangements then they claim they can't take the payment and then just repo the truck and demand full pay-off to reclaim it ultimately ruining your contractual relationship with your carrier and netting them a returned, repaired truck to now lease to someone else.... Until their turn.... Btw, also ask about the GPS trackers they install on the trucks without any notification or mention of in truck.... Check your dash... All in all... DON'T DO IT... This is how they grow selling ttucks, then claiming YOU defaulted even with "agreed" arrangements agreed to due to expensive repairs of thousands within months of new lease all in one month and seeming to care and understand then denying payment so they can claim YOU defaulted.

All of my conversations with them were recorded and even after repo'd account manager stated computers to take a payment were not available until day repo occurs and with that payment account would have been caught up and on track a mere 30 days after agreed arrangements made and thousands dumped into truck to even be able to drive it. Anyway, lesson learned and hope someone enjoys the truck I repaired and made safe that will be at the Georgia location.
