Complaint Review: Lone Mountain Truck Leasing

August, 2018 I put my truck in the shop after running it for a year to replace the air compressor, 4 of my six injectors, the injector cups and my lower idle gears all totaling $18,000. They found out through passing conversation and told me they were putting a DNR on my truck to protect me and the truck. They then proceeded to tell the repair shop that they were going to pay the bill and then tow the truck out. They also proceeded to lock my account so I can't do anything with the vehicle. I told them the reason I didn't have the money was because in the year prior which was my first year with the truck I had spent close to $60k on repairs that their warranty wouldn't cover. Thankfully the shop that has it has had me as a loyal customer for a while and listened when I showed them I had never been late on payments and they told lone mountain they wouldn't accept the payment over the phone or by check. Unfortunately I have until the 12th of November to come up with at least $10k so the shop doesn't put a lien on it, because then they will take their payment. But this company is shady. My recommendation is take your business elsewhere. I would say go to (((REDACTED))) either in Mesa, AZ or in Atlanta, GA.
