Lone Star Direct Savings Ripoff Free $500 Shopping Spree partially filled, phone calls not returned, put on Hold, persons not available anytime RIPPED OFF Stephenville Texas
On 7-13-05 I joined Lone Star Direct Savings (a shopping club) for $1895 charged to my credit card. I was given a "FREE" $500 Shopping Spree for joining. After many months and MANY phone calls I recieved a partial order but only after I paid $93.09 for shipping and handling. The rest was backordered.
More time went by and more phone calls. Remaining items are now unavailable so I was allowed to reorder different items to finish out the $500 (remainder was $142)on 2-10-06. Now when I call I am either put on hold indefinitely or the person I need to speak to is unavailable.
