Complaint Review: Lone Star Savings

Lone Star Savings I have had even worse exsperiance with Lone Star Savings. I told them that I was dissatisfied they filed a judgement I had to finish paying a total of 4000.00 and now cant even contact them to use the membership witch is suppose to be a lifetime transferable, garrentied membership. Hi my name is Jeff **** and I have had the same and even worse problem with Lone Star Saving in Stephenville, Tx. My wife and I joined them on September 20,2006 . At this time we tried to use the program the way it was designed and not only could we not use 70 % of the benifits we found better prices through friends.

We contacted them and they gave us the run around and told use that we needed to find bigger items to save great on. For a while we could get a response by e-mail but when I threatened to not they pay because of their lack of fulfillment of their obligation they filed with Sterling & King Inc. got a judgement against us witch I had to pay and now no response no answers.

This membership was suppose to save us lots of money and be a life time membership in witch our kids and immedite family could use. Not only have we not recieved answer for our price request by e-mail, we cant even reach them by phone. I feel like it is unfair that they can file legal action against me take ours and others like us money and then not fullfill their side of the deal.
