I ordered a subscription to sporting News from Lone Star Subscriptions, Inc. on October 17, 2007 (order # FS71081) and have NEVER received one issue of the magazine.
I have called the company MORE than 10 times (one of the prople I spoke to was "Brandy" but they mostly have a machine or answering service that takes a message) starting in December 2007 plus sent them a fax with copies of my receipt and letter I received from them trying to receive my refund but they will not cooperate even though they promised my refund.
I mentioned above that I even have a letter from them (Crystal Brown, Office Manager) dating March 10, 2008 stating the problem with a promise to get it resolved. I have asked numerous times for a refund now and they told me they would but they have never complied and never returned one phone call.
I see now that the BBB (Better Business Bureau) has a warning about this company dated 06-02-08 in Spokane but that wasn't the case at the time I placed my order. I would DEFINITELY like a refund of my $88.

FINALLY was refunded the money owed to us due to never receiving not even one magazine. Only took a little more than a year~
