Complaint Review: Lone Star Surveys/Lone Star Geophysical Surveys LSGS

Heath Harris, went to court in June 2008 and purjured himself to the courts as did his hired attorney.  Heath stated that he was just a hired hand for this company and showed false pay documents to the courts and the attorney generals office stating that he only makes $2000.00 per month.  He could not and would not furnish ANY pay documents prior to January 2008 (this was when he was served with orders on modifying his child support).  He is currently $27468.91 in arrears on his child support, he did not pay for over 10 years claiming that he was wronged and his daughter was hidden from him, however she had lived in the same address for 7 of the 10 years.  Three months ago, Heath contacted me and asked me for his daughters SS# so he could file taxes and claim her as a dependent, she has never been a dependent to him as she has never lived with him. 

This man is a fraud, liar, and cheat.  He is now president of US operations for this company and was fighting to increase his child support from $187.00 per month to what it should have been per the courts based on his income.  He falsified his income records to the courts and is currently under investigation.  He lied on the stand and his attorney lied on the stand.  He has filed false police reports and false reports to child protective services to try to have his daughter removed from the only home she has known to prevent paying child support.  He has shown no interest in her except prior to court..hoping that I would drop the modification.  He threatend me and his daughter if I did not drop the arrears on his child support. 

He is in debt to me $27469.91.  I have documentation to prove this, as well as his false documentation.  If you have any questions please call.
