Lone Star Vapor accepted orders of over $12,000 and received the money. These transactions turned to be fraud an the owner (Tommy Parker) now refuses to pay this money back. He stated to me that he will not pay it and will file for BK before paying us back any part of it. He mentioned he still has the product that was ordered and never shipped it. He has the product and the money, but refuses to pay it back.
Our company will now be out the money he owes, because he processed the credit cards through his merchant account with us. His account rep also has to cover part of this loss if he refuses to pay it back. Mr. Parker is dishonest and wants others to pay his financials obligations. In trying to talk to him, he just hangs up the phone.
