These guys are bad news and I highly recommend you choose another company to work with. We buried my truck in the sand on Mustang Island and called them for help. First we had to send them a picture to see if they were even interested, then they said they would have to charge $150 just to come out and look at it to "survey" the situation.
This was about 30 minutes before sundown when there was finally a declaration that they would be willing to take our money. After giving the driver directions like 6 times we told him we would meet him at the highway so we proceeded to walk about 4 miles back to the highway only to have him never show up. By this time it's obviously dark out, a couple of other guys tried to help but we just weren't equipped to get it out. After hitching a ride back to the truck we called again and the lady said it was dark and they could not do anything until tomorrow.
This was really screwed up, if it were not for some good Samaritans willing to give us a ride back to our condo and a buddy of mine willing to come out in the middle of the night to help us dig out we would have really been screwed.
Other companies we called first at least had the decency to tell us they were not interested. These guys really just stole our money and I doubt they were capable or intending to get us out they were just looking to score $150 without doing jack. They made no attempt the next day "in daylight" to reach out to us to render services that we paid for. This charge is currently under dispute, we'll see.
