Companies can fire anyone at any given time; I chose to FIRE my employer, Lonestar Healthcare Solutions--Read on to find out why.

Notice of Termination
To: Lonestar Healthcare Solutions
Job Title: Management
Name of Supervisor: Shirley Woods
State the reason for termination:
_1) Total lack of showing any respect to any emplyee
_2)Failure to honor company WRITTEN POLICIES concerning wages, benefits, bonuses, etc.
3)Constant verbal abuse, gossip and in general inhumane acts constantly dealt to employees
as if employees were mere objects to only serve management's self centered agendas.
4)Unfair hiring and pay scale practices committed by employer based on a personality contest,
rather than job skill or ability.

Comments:
I have never in my 25 years in the insurance billing industry, have I seen such an unprofessional, disorganized, misinformed, unknowledgable company as this. I am truly amazed this company has
survived this long with it's overbearing, abussive management, who's arrogance is only exceeded by their ignorance. Management shows absolutely no respect for it's employees by violating federal and state labor laws on an almost daily basis, ie: failure to pay on pay day for hours worked as required by LAW!

Such inconveniences are to be tolerated by employees because the management can't be troubled to do their job; they're too busy spending money from the Lonestar Sweat Shop. The same money they claim they don't have to give a descent wage raise.

I find it no wonder Lonestar is losing clients, simply put, the company is mismanaged and often hires
inexperienced people at higher wages than the current experienced employees, then expect them to train
them. This practice has and will continue the loss of qualified help, such as myself!!

NOTE: As of 05/12/06, there are seven GOOD people who have escaped their shackles and come to work for a good, decent billing company. If you are considering working for Lonestar, for heavens sake, think again!! Try Burger King or Taco Bell before beging subjected to this place!!

the ex employee filing this report would have been FIRED within her first 90 days if it were not for me. I could not believe it when she told me that she had 25 years experience in medical billing. After checking her work, it was clear to me that if she has been in the business for 25 years, it certainly was not in the Accounts Receivables. and apparently all of her other employers felt sorry for her like i did. I thought i could help her and give her the opportunity to stop job jumping. I agree that even the well qualified employees were extremely underpaid . I have had many employees quit for better offers and i am still in touch with them and communicate with them on a regular basis. Mary, as you know, i was only the supervisor, i did not see Barbara Graham's name listed. Maybe you are scared of her, since you say you were done so wrong and NEVER went to her about it.
