This small billing company acts likes they are interested in you. Don't be fooled. You will be subjected to micromanagement from many sources. Your only goal at this place is to key money in to the computer to help the owner and her family make there acre payments. Meanwhile you will be working for bare minimum wage barely surviving.

The time clock is always wrong, so you will see constant deductions against your time. 90% of the workers smoke, so if you like a work atmosphere that smells this is for you. The only benefits you receive are medical and those are terrible. you pay montly yet can only see dr 4 times a year. Who is winning here? When you finally do escape the owner will take any vacation time you have and minus off the books, convert your already measly wage to minimum wage and out the door you go!

Do yourself a favor if you see an ad on monster.com for customer service or coder accounts receivable for this company. DON'T subject yourself to this low life employer.
