I have to turn my phone off so they won't call me! At work, at home, on the weekends, in the middle of a family crisis... they have called me 2, sometimes 3 times a day, all different people on the same day, when my payment was 2 days late. (NOT 10-20 days late like some of the employees claim in their rebuttals that they do not contact before that, but 2-3 days late!)

They have called my family at 10:30 p.m. Central time. They called my employer while I was on medical leave demanding that the person that answered the phone was me, even though she told them she didn't even OWN a car. They have gone into detail about why they were caling and even asked whoever answered the phone if I was married(?).

This is not 10-20 days late account. This is a couple of times not getting to the West coast on time by 2 days and several times of them not posting the payments correctly to either my priciple OR my account. I have unwittingly paid other peoples' payments for them because LBAC misapplied them - I had the correct info on the remittance.

Help me stop them. I have 1 1/2 years left, almost had a breakdown when my mother was terminal and father had heart attack at same time because they did not make any notes on account NOT to contact temporary phone number that happened to be my parents from a year before. They did not process change of address sent with payment and charged me $60.00 3 times because they didn't change address and I kept calling them and writing them to change.
