Complaint Review: Long Beach Acceptance Corp

Long Beach Acceptance Corp. has proven itself to be an extremely inconsiderate and inhumane company to work with. I was introduced to LBAC by the car dealer that I bought my car from. I was pressured into accepting the terms of LBAC's loan without being told that the percentage rate I was being charged was 18%. Due to a loss of income I fell behind in my payments and after a month I was constantly harassed by employees of LBAC. The people who called me were rude and obnoxious. I was being constantly harassed at work as well as at home. This harrassment didn't stop until I caught up on the payments.

This company needs to be put out of business in my opinion for several reasons. Their employees are rude and have no consideration for other people. They also charge interest rates that are astronomical. Why are these people allowed to get away with this type of theft?
