I recently purchased a used car. Since I have not had any type of credit in the past I ended up going through Long Beach. I never received an invoice for my first months bill, but I sent it to the address that I had on file. They started calling me because they never received that payment. they called me at home all the time during the day, and left messages, but weren't there when I tried to call back when I got home from work. They were VERY rude to whoever answered my phone. They went so far as to tell my grandmother that she should not answer the d*mn phone if she couldn't take a message. Little did they know that she was taking care of a sick infant and there was no way she could write anything down. I think that this rudeness needs to be stopped. I saw a rebuttel from someone that works for LBAC stating that if we weren't "deadbeets" then we wouldn't have had to get a loan from them. Well noone knows what the situation is, or why we use them. I will just be glad when I am done dealing with them!!!!
