Complaint Review: LONG BEACH ACCEPTANCE CORP

LONG BEACH ACCEPTANCE They reported the way I returned the car from voluntary surrender to involuntary surrender. They also reported the wrong amount remaining on the balance. These things I feel are hurting my credit and it was done with malice. PARAMUS New Jersey

So good luck in getting them to change one iota. The balance is determined by the full amount due at the time of the repo, subtracting the amount paid at auction and the costs associated with taking the car to auction along with the repo fee. Consumers always wind up on the short end.
