LONG BEACH ACCEPTENCE CORPORATION ripoff, harrassment, poor management,horrible customer service Los Angeles California
I have had a loan with Long beach acceptence for over two years. My payment is due on the 25th but each month on the 26th they call me incessently to try to get me to send or give them a check by phone. I have had them persuade me to give them a check by phone when I have told them I did not have enough money to cover and they would need to wait a few days but they continue to harass me and have NOW taken to calling my family members and friends I used on my original contract for emergencies to harass them as well. This has caused a great battle in my family as my Father is being constantly harassed and I have been unable to get LBAC to stop.
I have never been so late that I would lose my car but I have been told by LBAC that their backers are trying to call in all loans and they can take my car even after 1 day late. I would rather turn in my car than continue to be harrassed by this comany every day for the remainder of my loan. How can I get them to stop calling my family and friends? They have no communication to document the many phone calls I have made to try to address this. I have even spoken to their legal dept. about the harrasment and when the woman heard my story she seemed to understand that it was the customer service with the problem.
I had been very clear about everything with this company but I refuse to be harrassed day in and day out so now they have dug up home phone numbers but business numbers as well to harras others...any advice is welcome. I told them to come pick up my car and that I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor but no one returns MY CALLS about that.
