I contacted this company to help me with my long distance move from Louisiana to California. I decided, since the gentleman on the phone was so incredibly nice and reassuring that my move would go smoothly and he’d be my contact the entire time and I didn’t need to worry about a thing, to hire them despite the steep cost at $2008. Everything was indeed great, until I gave them my money. They picked the stuff up in Louisiana (an hour late) and that’s the last I knew where my furniture was. Despite many (MANY) calls and emails with customer service, I still do not have my stuff a month later. The more I call and try to get actual solid information, the less I can even get a hold of someone. At first there was a "technical” issue and they needed to get a new truck but no info on where my furniture was or who the carrier is so I can contact them myself to save myself the time and stress of dealing with LDM customer service again. I’ve been told I’d be called and I never receive a call. Mysteriously, their customer service manager’s phone no longer takes voicemails and hangs up on you immediately. When you can get a hold of anyone else, you’re put on hold and hung up on anyway. This whole experience has been awful. I just want my furniture or my money back.
