Liars, cheats and thieves! Don’t trust them EVER

We booked them to move our furniture from Chicago to East Bay Area. We chose them not because they were cheap, they were far more expensive than the others. We chose them as they had good ratings. Now I wonder if those ratings are fake!

We clearly told the senior sales person, Greg Neducsin , we also wanted our items from the kitchen put in boxes. We wanted individual items wrapped and even unwrapped, example glasses, tumblers , perfume, etc. He told us due to labor charges the charges will be higher. We agreed!!

Greg never told us that they will not carry liquids. So here I got a shock of my life when they rejected my expensive shampoos, cooking oil, unopened Salad dressings etc etc. If I had known, I would have sent it in my car that I had asked them to move. So we had to dump $300 worth groceries.

Next we left them to pack, while I had to leave as I couldn’t leave my sick dog alone in the hotel room, my husband decided to not be in their way and went to have coffee. Once they said they were done and I came after the truck left to find they had not taken many of my clothes on the shelf. I had no choice but to carry another small luggage of what they had left behind.

Now the truck reached us on the day when expected. But their was a 2 hour window they gave us for its arrival which clashed with lunch. I asked my husband to fetch us some lunch. The truck owner or supervisor said he won’t offload till he gets his full payment. I explained my husband will be home in 30 mins max, and to begin off loading at least. He agreed but kept asking me every 10 mins where my husband was, like he didn’t believe me. I told him we had paid to not just have furniture assembled but boxes opened and the bubble wrap unwrapped. He rudely said he didn’t care what my deal was with the Moving company, and he wasn’t going to do it!  Period! I called the customer service, who heard me and said someone will surely call. Well no one did! So I felt frustrated and looked it. Didn’t say a word! The supervisor tells me “ Why are you being rude to us. It’s not our fault” I was shocked at his rudeness and told him I hadn’t said a word and he was the one being rude and insulting me. He went on to say more  aggressive things. “Look I don’t know you. Nor do you know me, so we are just doing are work”. I was aghast at his tone.

They were in such a rush to leave, they didn’t wait to fix our couch leg as they couldn’t find it. As they had decided they won’t open the boxes. My husband and i decided due to this supervisors hostility we too didn’t want them around and they should leave as soon as major furniture is assembled. So after 3 days when I finished opening each box and sorting my cupboards I realized 4 of my heavy winter jackets have disappeared. 2 Michael Kors long jackets from Macy’s and one CK and another sports jacket from TJMaxx have been stolen. All of this worth $400, and a few smaller items like 2 perfumes. I reported this to customer service, and I am positive no one will call me back again! Just like the last time.

So they are the movers and packers from hell!
