We reached out to them for assistance with our move from Illinois to Texas, specifically requesting that our valuable Grandfather Clock be properly crated. They assured us they would take care of it.

On the day of the move, there were numerous delays in the pickup time, pushing it from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Finally, at 4:45 pm, they arrived, but without the promised crate. It became apparent that our requested item was missing, leading us to cancel the move. Despite having sent a text message at 7:00 am that day reiterating the need for a crate, the response we received was a simple "ok".

To our disappointment, they showed up with cardboard boxes to pack our grandfather clock, which was not what we had requested. We had no choice but to cancel the move, as they had failed to deliver the item we specifically asked for and agreed upon.

To make matters worse, we were charged a deposit of $852.75. We made multiple attempts to contact them, but they either promised to get back to us after speaking with their billing department or ignored our calls altogether. The situation remains unresolved.

Keeping the full deposit without providing the service as promised is unfair. Ideally, we would like a full refund, but any portion of it would be greatly appreciated. This kind of conduct is exploitative. They made a promise, and we trusted them, and yet they failed to uphold their end of the agreement, and on top of that, kept our money for a service they never delivered. I called them again and they claim they still need to pay gas etc. Since when gas is $852.72? Also the guys didn't do any work since it got canceled right when they arrived after we discovered they didn't bring the crate which was requested multiple times.
