They run ads everywhere you can think of: Indeed.com, Monster.com and other places and use the keywords to sort out: Retail sales, managers, supervisors, district managers.  But when you get down to real facts, you could be a stock boy, but so long as you show up "dressed suit and tie, formal business' you got the interview, and of course... the job.

I applied for "Retail chain district manager" only to find out that I'd be going around with someone "while training" selling credit card processing!

Whoop de doo! I can get that opportunity on line from dozens of companies and don't have to go past my keyboard. In this case, they wanted me to travel round trip 110 miles and didn't care when I said I was a disabled person!

They have "aggressive young ladies" answering the phones almost as if they're trying to reel you in. THAT IS what they do!
