Research Smart Circle and their subsidiaries and you will be horrified. I fell for the for professional "Front" they portray head over he Floral Park , New York
Okay this place is a complete waste of time for anyone who came across an ad for advertising/marketing/sales/customer service "All positions available" or "grand opening" for any of these companies. Please save yourself time and gas and money and any hope at all for more than barely minimum wage. Ohh and never mind unpaid overtime, tax evasion, excessive daily travel, no travel reimbursement, face to face sales, daily unpaid "meetings", 12 hour work days, brainwashing, shady business practices, and completely false advertising as far as their job ad is concerned.
This is not a job it is a pyramid scheme. DO YOUR RESEARCH! These are all subsidiaries of Smart Circle, youll quickly find 130+ similar reports on them all over the country and you will be shocked!Dont be fooled by the professional front they put on at the Uniondale Office. (accross from Nassau Colosseum) Jared has one tiny office where he sits and recruits people day in and day out, because that is how they make money.
These people are all brainwashed and BROKE! you will be too if you get suckered into this job, god forbid if you quit something for this "opportunity of a lifetime." This is the definition of too good to be true, and a horrible example of exploitation in a horrible economy. They survive on the .001% of people who have minimal success and the rest are disposable pawns. Beware, save yourself the time and gas and hope for opportunity and disregard any offers like from Long Island Advertising, Long Island Promotions, Silver Star Advertising, or anything similar- the names constantly change for obvious legal reasons. If a job seems too easy or too good it might just be...do the research for yourself, and trust your instincts . _ 100% commission and slave labor hours, seriously, that is what you are committing to_think about it.

(“Plaintiffs”) initiated an action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Ohio) – Jessica Lopez Irish and Prestige Promotions, Inc. v. “alexandra,” et al., case number A1505391 – due to allegedly false statements made by the defendants on Ripoff Report (including “SCAMhater”). The action is one for defamation per se, defamation, tortious interference with existing economic and/or business relationships, and tortious interference with prospective economic and/or business relationships. If a job posting looks like an advertisement rather than an announcement, be careful. Postings for legitimate jobs are more or less dispassionate announcements of what jobs are available. If the posting is trying to entice you to apply, chances are good that the jobs in question involve soliciting on straight commission, the sort of jobs where it's difficult or impossible to make any money and which naturally enough have very high turnover rates.
Terms such as "all positions available" and "entry-level marketing" are caution signs. So is "no experience necessary," as even though legitimate employers might hire people who have no experience, they don't usually highlight that fact in their postings. Really, though, the best thing is just to trust your instincts.
