I had the same issue. change copier lease. they never paid off the old one, took the old copier. I sued LIBS and Andrew Fenton. Andrew Fenton put in an answer denying any personal knowledge. No one ever answered for the company. My attorney is now talking to the attorney general's office. I am pursuing it. Anyone want to join me?

I know someone who is a victim of the exact same fraud by LIBS. He sued LIBS but they did not answer. No point in obtaining a default judgment because he isn't aware of any assets of LIBS, and, we understand that the company is now doing business under a different name. I am recommending that he file a complaint with the AG. If your attorney has already filed a complaint, please contact me so we may join in. (((Redacted)))
