I recently bought a motorcycle from Long Island cycle and marine. The bike I wanted to buy was a kawasaki ninja500 and the price of it was $4500.

It was a Thursday. I was in a rush because I had to get to work. The general manager of the store Mr. Fred Rollo who also takes care of financing department said "let's take care of the paper work today and u could come back and pick up your bike tomorrow". Since I had no previous experience of buying a product from a dealership he tricked me to signing and initial blank papers. I picked up my bike as he promised the next day.

After about two weeks I recieved my first bank statement for the bike. My acount limit was $10,000 and the total amount he charged me was $9995 after paying $500 down. He basically charged me for services that I don't have and I don't want like one 5 year warranty worth @1600, alarm $1000, another loss prevention warranty $1000 also machanic and frieght fee each worth $500 knowing that the bike I bought was off the floor and I picked it up from the store instead of getting it delivered to my house.

I tried contacting the dealer numerous times after that and he said it was a mistake and he will credit the money back to my account but its been over 3 months. He keeps prolonging the process. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this situation.
