Constant mistakes from this company don't even cover it - this company is purely abusing their employees and extoring their customers when timelines are extremely important. This company and their managers promised to pickup and deliver a shipment without holding the shipment. As soon as they picked the shipment up, they contacted me via wechat to ask for $3000 more dollars to start shipping the goods. They wouldn't return the goods or ship them elsewhere, no refund offered or anything similar.
