Longhorn Wrecker is a bunch of crooks and in cahoots with the McCallum Glen apartments. I wonder what the McCallum Glen Apartments gets as a kickback? My daughter parked her car in front of her apartment with the emergency blinkers on to unload her groceries--yes she lives there. She came out for the second grocery bag and Longhorn Wrecker has her car hooked up. She asks him to stop. He ignores her and drives off with her car door opened and never closed it. That's right, towed her car and drove down the street with her car door open.

- Well that's good that she lives in the apartment she is unloading groceries to.

Serioulsy though...I don't know where you got your Drivers Education, but I don't think that a single State says that you are legally "parked" regardless of where you are as long as you have your Emergency Flashers on.

So whether or not you say that they should "cut her some slack" or not for most likely parking in a Fire Lane I'll leave to you.  But when you come here and say that the car was "legally" parked...you loose what ever little creditbility you may have had.  Oh this is not even to mention how in the title you stated it was your car..but in the report you stated it was your daughter's.

Oh and NO I am not an employee of the towing company or apartment complex.
