LONGMONT KIA Tricked Me By Rushing Me In Signing The Contract LONGMONT Colorado
They start off by to keep the car your up side down in as far as the actual value of the car.Then they say what if I can get you into a 2008 Focus for the same money your paying on your 2005 Focus ? Well this leads you to believe your talking trade right ?
Then when it comes to the contract , start rushing you through it , not explaining it , just saying , " sign here,here,here etc. because its getting close to closing time , you think he has alot of contracts to get done before closing .
So I go along with his instructions thinking he's an okay guy. I go outside & start switching things over to the new car & the salesmen says, " I'll follow you home in your old car & you can switch the things over there." Well i thought that was kinda strange, but I went along with it .Well when I get home ,the salesmen says , "I'll call you tomorrow about sixish & explain everything to ya then ." I thought that was kinda strange , they giving me 24 hrs. to switch things over before they take my old car.
Well the next morning I looked over the contract & discovered they didn't include my 2005 in on the trade. So the next day I returned the car before 24hrs. had passed & said , " The deals off if your not taking my car on trade in , there is no way I can afford 2 car payments ." They were determined not to let me out of the deal since I signed the cotract .
I even called & e-mailed the finance company telling them NOT to except the contract , but they did it anyway. I always thought when a customer said NO it meant NO !! I guess not with car dealers & finance companys .
