Longview? Terrible.
I booked a stay for a week at this place. I did it all online through it.airbnb.com. I paid in advance all 7 days for a total of 5 people, as paying up front they would have given a huge discount. At check-in, our booking was not confirmed, our money was not refunded and they did not explain or apologize. The hotel canceled the reservation, and neither of us is acknowledging our situation.
I harassed them and I also went there in person, but nothing to do. I have initiated a trial against Longview which is still ongoing.
They have to pay for it.
